• All advertising information supplied to Bsale is to be true and accurate.
• Bsale will confirm your listing by email
• The business/property is registered under state law and you are the rightful owner of said business./property.
• In the case of partnerships all parties agree to advertisement. 
• Agents and Brokers act on behalf of business/property with written consent from owner
• Professional advice has been sought in relation to the value of the said property/business.
• Information will be transferred to buyer’s section of Bsale once payment has been received.
• Bsale reserves the right to transfer information prior to payment being received.
• Limit of 10 photos per advertisement.
• Extension of 18 month advertising period is available at bsale discretion
• Bsale has the right to remove any listing within 18 months if contact details phone/email are no longer connected
• Bsale will not act on behalf of any business in regard to the sale of any business/property
• Owners/Agents are to delete sale when sold or withdrawn or notify bsale by email to remove
• Photos remain the property of bsale and will not be returned and can be used for promotion purposes
• Agents/Brokers to use separate registration form per listing
• Bsale internet advertising is subject to the actions of other parties in regard to web access and availability.
